Return Policy



IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE SURE THAT THE KIT AND/OR PART(S) YOU ORDER, ARE THE CORRECT PART(S) BEFORE YOU INSTALL OR ASSEMBLE THEM.

We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. For this reason, if you wish to make changes or additions to your order, please contact us immediately at (817) 429-0105, within 24 hours of placing your order.

AFTER 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU CANNOT SIMPLY CALL (WITH NO PREVIOUS COMMUNICATIONS OF INTENDED CANCELATION, ie. phone, email, text messages, etc) AND SAY "I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER." MOST ORDERS (INCLUDING LOCKING HUB KITS AND DISC BRAKE KITS), REQUIRE CUSTOM MACHINING AND/OR ASSEMBLY, WHICH EQUATES TO LABOR COST AND COMMITMENT OF INVENTORY. IF YOU STILL WANT TO CANCEL AFTER 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.

YOU CANNOT RETURN ANY PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED OR ASSEMBLED FOR ANY REASON, UNLESS IT IS AUTHORIZED BY THE RAM MAN INC. ANY SHIPPING COSTS INCURRED BY CUSTOMER TO RETURN PRODUCTS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

WE WILL INSPECT ALL RETURNS VERY CAREFULLY. IF WE DETERMINE THAT THE RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND AND THE PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.

Our Motto: Make It Right
We will replace, rebuild or fix anything where there is a true problem. Clients that receive products and the spouse is mad or kids need books, etc. and you want to return the items, you MUST call or email us first for approval. These returns will be received with a 50% restocking fee, minus all shipping as well.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR ALL LOCKING HUB KITS:
We will replace any broken part or unit once (hubs, shafts or locking units). In other words, if you break all 6 parts (the entire kit), we will replace it all parts (under normal use - abused parts will not be replaced). We use the best parts available and our track record proves it. However, if you decide that you do not like your kit, that it's not good enough for your vehicle, or that you want to re-engineer our design, or that you have buyer's remorse and/or family conflicts because of your decision to make a purchase that was not truly in your family budget, then you may return your kit for a refund, minus shipping and 50% restocking fee. Refunds will not be issued until ALL parts are returned. All of these kits are custom machined for each customer's particular year, make and model. With so many different variations in make, model and years, a returned kit is not always quickly marketable and can tie up materials and resources that could have been used for a different customer.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR ALL DISC BRAKE CONVERSION KITS:
It is critical that you are 100% sure of the year, make and model of your vehicle and that there have been no modifications made to any factory components that could affect the installation and/or fitment of your disc brake kit(s). It is also important that you choose the correct kit and/or additional components when making a buying decision for the particular year, make and model of your vehicle. If you have ANY doubt or questions regarding which components are the correct fit for your vehicle, contact us by phone or email so that we can assist you with choosing the correct kit and/or parts. IF YOU FAIL TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT KIT AND/OR PARTS, YOU CAN RETURN YOUR UNUSED PARTS FOR A REFUND, MINUS SHIPPING AND 50% RESTOCKING FEE.

YOU MUST EMAIL OR CALL US AND OBTAIN AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT TO INITIATE REFUND PROCEDURES. IF YOU SEND US A RETURNED PRODUCT WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU WITH NO REFUND ISSUED.
