These components have never been offered before. They are unique in design and function. There is nothing on the planet that is like this kit that uses off the shelf (modified) factory OEM components.

Chrysler/Dodge/RAM has never equipped their late model 4 wheel drives with locking hubs. Why...that's the million dollar unanswered question.
 
The drawbacks of not having free spinning wheel are numerous and obvious, such as:


Decreased mileage.


Loss of snap/acceleration...dragging that front end when you step on it. It's like towing an anchor all the time!


Wear and tear on the front end components when you put her under heavy/max load. The U joints are already worn out and can fail much easier.


Stopping distance is decreased. It's easier to stop a spinning wheel by itself than the entire front axle drive assembly.
Put some PEP back in your ride! This kit uses factory style hubs with 4 wheel ABS...and factory outer stub shafts and well-known factory locking mechanisms, all improved OEM components. All parts may be purchased individually.

PRODUCT REGISTRATION – PLEASE READ!

All products must be registered with THE RAM MAN. To receive product support and warranty, proof of purchase and an image of the manual locking hubs installed on the vehicle must be submitted to THE RAM MAN by email or mail within 10 days of installation.

Note that failure to properly maintain your bearings will result in the premature wear of your manual locking hubs! The recommended maintenance schedule for all manual locking hubs is 24,000 Miles or less. Ultimately, our manual locking hubs will last indefinitely with regular maintenance.

Simply put, all bearings fail from neglect or lack of applying grease in regular intervals.  The design of our hubs has simplified maintenance through the ABS access port, making it straightforward and effortless.


Warranty Replacements
All warranty claims must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting Support at 817-429-0105.

HUB SPECS:

The Timken SENSOR-PAC bearing is a bolt on wheel bearing package featuring an integral sensing system design to improve performance for anti-lock brake and traction control systems.

Design Attributes
Features an active sensor capable of sensing down to zero speed. Sensor’s speed information can be used for vehicle dynamics control systems, speed control, speedometer, odometer, trip computer and other purposes.

Internally-mounted sensor protects against the elements, which ultimately reduces warranty costs. SENSOR-PAC also utilizes very small sensor-to-target wheel gaps, enabling a much smaller and more cost- effective sensor.

Includes an internally-mounted sensor that protects against debris, corrosion, thermal shock, and other hazards that threaten externally-mounted sensors.

Designed for superior performance in a minimal space. Timken engineers have packaged the sensor within the bearing without increasing overall dimensions to promote high performance and equal load carrying capacity in a minimum space.
